I think you should be allowed to carry them, but not to use them unless there is a legit emergency. I don't have a problem with them being taken away if you are using them during class for no reason.

i think they should.. just cause.. we do it anyway.. so why not just let us do it openly.. i mean.. we wouldnt be trying to lie and do it anyway, and we would probably be happier.. and more willing to learn

I think they should let us use them, up until the point where students are no longer submitting work, etc.

Allie; that's just like saying legalize drugs, and underage alcohol, because we do it anyway, these things can ruin your life, and by losing focus to your education because of texting, WILL ruin your life.

I say they shouldn't be allowed, because its bad enough when your travelling on the bus and they start ringing with stupid tones, and i doubt that if they were allowed in school that people would turn them off in class or even put them on silent.
