Robbie makes a good point, I'm guessing English isn't your first language. Nonetheless there are some questions there that are potentially worth discussing, so here's my opinion:
As an agnostic bordering on atheist, I'm inclined to believe the reason we are alive is out of chance. That is not to say sentient life is improbable or even far from inevitable to form under the right conditions, but I don't think there is a purpose as such for our existence..if anything I think nature would be better off without us (though a lot of life on Earth will be around long after humans are gone :P)
"When it lasts this live?" makes no sense to me, are you asking for how long humanity will continue to exist? If so...I believe it will be easily thousands more years; even if a major catastrophe destroys most of the human population chances are good that a few will remain to repopulate the Earth. To last millions though I think may require humans to start building settlements on other planets.

A philospohical question, one with no clear answer, but thought provoking nonetheless.
I don't think one needs to be spiritual or religious to find meaning in life. If we view ourselves as the "thinking creature", that aspect of our being that differentiates us from every other creature, then one could say that our purpose is defined by that ability...Let's forget how thoughtless and selfish and irresponsible many of our fellow humans are for a moment.....
So, if you tke a purely empirical/humanistic approach here, our purpose, each of us, is to develop our capacity to think and judge and reason and apply it to our lives (and the lives of others) to make this a better planet, for everyone and everything.
The fact that we fall short of this goal, the fact that the planet would probably be a betterrplace if we humans were suddenly to become extinct, speaks to the need for further evolution to achieve that goal of true thoughtfulness.

Well, if "When it lasts this live?" means how long are we going to live...
I guess if you look at it right now, if something bad happens to our entire planet currently, likely we are all goners. Ask again in 30-40 years, well, I think humans are smart enough to not keep all our eggs in one basket forever. Either by then we will have backup plans, or already have settlements elsewhere.
Now on to the question of our purpose...
If you look at humans like some kind of god created anomaly, the purpose is pretty clear. I don't think a god or anything liek that would have created us just to serve them...it...whatever. We wouldn't have such strong free will if we were. Also, we wouldn't have the huge burning desire to learn and experience things. So if we are thinking along these lines, then take it a step further to think that we are the only ones with this kind of intellectual mastery. That is, if the creationist theory is correct, and some being decided to create us in their liking, I don't think it would do it multiple times.
From there we can then question why there is so much unknown in this universe if our destinies were to remain here on earth. It doesn't make sense, does it? So if our 'natural' destinies are to experience things (i.e. life, love, surroundings, etc.), we may take it to mean that we should explore and experience these mysterious and marvelous places in the universe.
If a being created this entire universe, without us ever knowing why they did it, maybe its safe to assume that they didn't want to be the only ones to understand and experience it. So maybe that is our job, to experience and enjoy this wonderful place.
