Never experienced an ice-storm. We were always told at skool (or actually it was prolly jus a rumor) that if it reached 50 degrees C (130 degrees F) then they would close and send us all home. Never happened though

they dont care aobut cold, if it was -50 F they would tell us to bundel up adn get our asses moving, if it was snowing a foot, they would keep us going, but ice... 1" and its fucked

once it gets too cold/snowy they normally send us home as the chances of accidents at the school become too high, and teachers end up having a problem getting in etc
