"I'm a little bit obese" are you actually obese? or just overweight?

sorry, kid, there is no such thing as little obese. here at home, they call me "Gordo Mann", so i know. Your breasts are called 'moobs", and are normal to fat men. But, there is a solution to get rid of them. Its called "Loosing Weight". Its hard, but its possible. I myself am trying to loose weight, as i am going to the gym every day. Maybe you could try.

a little less sarcatic spacey :):):):)
ACTUALLY. yes it is prolly because you are a bit overweight 9wahts your BMI or height adn weight?
When going through puberty sometimes the male seems to be growing brests but its just a little inflation and will go away.
I will say its prolly because of the extra chub. Im not sure what to tell you, but I can assure you that you are not turning into a girl.
(fun fact- men with hyperactive glands(cant remember their name but they are behind the nipple) can actually make milk!)

Relax, you are not becoming transgender.:)
Your gender doesn't change , not on that age, and not on it's own.
It could be just fatty issue that is a result directly of more body fat than needed (obesity), but also it is very very common for boys that go into puberty sort of grow breasts really and not just fat there. Else, it could be gynecomastia

An obese teenage male with advanced Gynecomastia.
Although exact causes are not known, it is caused by hormone imbalance most times.
Medications cause 10-20% of cases of gynecomastia in post-adolescent adults. These include cimetidine, omeprazole, spironolactone, imatinib mesylate, finasteride and certain antipsychotics. Some act directly on the breast tissue, while others lead to increased secretion of prolactin, which causes the breast enlargement in women (and especially when pregrant, it also causes lactation eince it is very high). A lot of medications or medical conditions can affect the level of estrogen (female hormone, which is always present in males at low levels) like some drugs/marijuana, hyperthyroidism and others. Also it is shown that fatty tissue and fat cells produce some amountsof estrogen , so an excess could considerably increase the levels of it, which in females is not noticeable since it is natural , but in males it causes that issue.
The condition usually can be diagnosed by examination by a physician, so I would suggest a visit there. After all it is not something rare today, most doctors have seen at least 5-10 cases the minimum of that, and also you have nothing to be ashamed of.
Gynecomastia is not physically harmful, but in some cases can be an indicator of other more dangerous underlying conditions
Treatment
Treating the underlying cause of the gynecomastia may lead to improvement in the condition. Patients should talk with their doctor about revising any medications that are found to be causing gynecomastia; often, an alternative medication can be found that avoids gynecomastia side-effects, while still treating the primary condition for which the original medication was found not to be suitable due to causing gynecomastia side-effects. If the breast tissue tends to remain and harden, leaving surgery (either liposuction, gland excision, skin sculpture, reduction mammoplasty, or a combination of these surgical techniques) the only treatment option.
You have nothing to worry about, you are not the only one, at least 100 lyposuctions are taking place for such issues in UK only, imagine how many on the whole world. It's also one of the easiest surgeries, especially liposuction for breast reduction. I know it , because I have talked about the issue with a cosmetic surgeon.:)
Buddy,jogging and walking helps alot

A couple of answers
1) Exercise could help (jog, walk to school, go to the gym - not too much strenuous exercise though)
2) You could have gynecomastia which is a temporary condition in growing males. It does go away and no you are not growing breasts.
I still recommend excercise even if it is gynecomastia
